FlowGuide is a browser extension that helps users record browser workflows and export step-by-step SOP documents.

Information FlowGuide Stores

FlowGuide may store workflow titles, step text, page URLs, page titles, screenshots, click positions, and user-edited instructions. This information is stored locally in the user's browser by default.

Screenshots and Page Content

Screenshots may include sensitive page content if the user records a page containing personal, business, customer, or account information. Users should review, blur, mask, or delete sensitive content before exporting or sharing SOP files.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. FlowGuide does not store full card numbers or payment credentials.

How Information Is Used

Workflow information is used to create, edit, preview, and export SOP documents. We do not sell user workflow data.

Data Sharing

FlowGuide does not share locally stored workflow data unless the user exports, uploads, or sends the generated files outside the browser.

Data Deletion

Users can delete workflows from the extension. Users may also clear browser extension storage to remove local FlowGuide data.
